3.1 Voluntary email communications
When you write to us at info@ekozenia.com (via the mailto: link on the site), we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Purpose: respond to your request and ensure follow-up.
- Basis: voluntary action on your part.
- Retention period: 24 months from the last exchange.
3.2 Technical server logs
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically collects certain technical information on each visit: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of the request, referring site.
- Purpose: site security, incident detection, technical diagnostics.
- Retention period: 12 months.
- Access: limited to the site administrator and the hosting provider's technical tools.
3.3 Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
If you explicitly consent via the consent banner, we deploy Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic.
- Information collected: IP address (anonymized by GA4), session identifiers, pages viewed, visit duration, visit source (including UTM parameters).
- Purpose: understand site traffic and improve its content.
- Basis: explicit consent (Law 25, s. 8.1).
